This tool is operated by the agency to connect client TikTok Business accounts for advertising management.
What we collect
The business name a client provides, and — once a client approves access on TikTok's own screen — the identifiers and access credentials TikTok issues for the client's ad account, pixel and catalog.
How we use it
Solely to set up and manage TikTok advertising on the client's behalf: campaign creation and management, pixel and catalog checks, and comment keyword management. We do not sell data or use it for any other purpose.
Storage and security
Access credentials, when stored, are encrypted, and secrets are held server-side only. Access to this tool is restricted to agency staff.
Revoking access
A client can revoke the agency's access at any time in their TikTok Business Center; revocation takes effect immediately.
Cookies and technical data
This site sets a short-lived cookie to remember that a visitor passed the access gate, and a login cookie for agency staff. Failed access attempts are recorded with the visitor's network address to prevent abuse; these records are used for security only.
